MAY 14th ~ Paul Chatlin (PBNSG Founder)

(Live via ZOOM): PAUL CHATLIN - Former Heart Bypass surgery candidate and Founder of the 7,000+ member, Michigan Based, Plant Based Nutrition Support Group (PBNSG)

“My cardiologist gave me two options, bypass surgery or try Plant-Based Nutrition."

— PAUL CHATLIN

Paul Chatlin, was born in Detroit. In May of 2013, in his mid-50’s, he was diagnosed with Heart Disease. One artery was 100% blocked and two others were 65% blocked. He had leaky valves, an enlarged heart, hardening of the right side of his heart, a left bundled block, and a heart murmur.

His cardiologist gave him two options, bypass surgery or try “Plant-Based Nutrition” (PBN).

He met and spoke with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn who wrote the book How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease.  After their meeting he decided to try Plant-Based Nutrition.

After just one month, his heart pain went away. In one year his cholesterol dropped from 309 to 122. He also lost 65 pounds and started feeling great.

Plant-based nutrition saved his life!

Paul promised himself that, when he felt better, he would put together a support group to help others in his community.

In February 2014, together with cardiologist Dr. Joel Kahn, he held the first Plant-Based Nutrition Support Group (PBNSG) meeting.

The group has since grown to over 7,000 members.

Paul will tell us his remarkable personal health story, talk about the health turnarounds of others in the PBNSG group and discuss the many benefits of both Plant-Based Nutrition and a supportive community.

He will follow his talk with 20 minutes of Q&A
